This article from the Northern Colorado Business Report comes days after a Denver Post story that observed a 12 percent year over year surge in March for Denver. Sales skyrocketed 47 percent higher from February as buyers greeted warmer weather with sales.

Now comes this newer report that sales are even stronger up north. The Loveland-Berthoud is the percentage leader with a 56 percent surge from February to March. Fort Collins led the region in sales, and is seeing a 25 percent rise in home sales from February to March.
